100% Cotton

100% cotton is the automatic and natural choice for any men’s or boys dress shirts completely natural material organic material is incredibly breathable providing comfort and even hot weather and when layered 100% cotton is also a great choice for children’s clothing pieces that would not require aligning such as light dresses, casual dress dresses for children as it is the most natural and organic material for children with sensitive skin For children

100% cotton is not recommended for women’s bodices, sweaters and hoodies and complicated dress designs. Keep in mind that cotton wrinkles easily i.e. a floaty skirt over a petticoat that is being sat on Bukolt into car seats and strollers, etc. would get quite wrinkled throughout the day.

Double Brushed Poly

Double Brushed Poly is a knit fabric with amazing 4 way stretch. DBP is fabric that has been brushed on both sides, so it is incredibly soft and has great drape (which ups the twirl factor!). For fabric content, it generally has a mixture of soft polyster and spandex and a medium to light weight gsm.

Double brushed poly

Is an extremely soft to the touch, durable and comfortable material that is perfect for a wide variety of uses. It is incredibly difficult to wrinkle and double brushed poly along with four-way stretched knit is the least likely to accumulate and show wrinkles throughout the day. Printed patterns on double brush poly also show incredibly vibrantly equivalent only to satin and premium knit.

Double brushed poly is the perfect choice for children or anyone who gets easily overstimulated and does not handle the texture and feel of woven fabrics well

Double brushed poly is perfect for the mom who lives in activewear and appreciates the stretch, breathability and soft comfort of high-end activewear, like such as Aritzia or Lululemon

Double brushed poly was originally created by activewear companies to provide exceptional stretch, strength, and breathability. It has a four way directional strength stretch and is incredibly soft to the touch and comfortable to live sleep and play in perfect for dresses T-shirts, cardigans and blouses

Premium Stretch Knit

Four-way stretches is similar to double brushed poly and possesses all of the positive attributes and how it stretches and four directions and is incredibly comfortable, durable and soft to the touch

However, premium stretch net is much thicker then double brush poly and is a great choice for pieces such as hoodies, sweaters/boleros later dress dresses as it shouldn’t require aligning in any scenario polo shirts

Satin

Satin fabric is a type of woven fabric known for its smooth, shiny surface and luxurious feel. It’s made using a specific weaving technique called the satin weave, where warp yarns float over multiple weft yarns. This weave pattern creates a fabric with a high sheen and a smooth, lustrous surface on one side, with a duller surface on the other. Satin can be made from various fibers, including silk, polyester, nylon, and blends.

Organza

Organza is a lightweight, plain-weave fabric traditionally made from silk, though it’s now also commonly made with synthetic fibers like polyester or nylon. It’s known for its sheer, crisp texture and ability to drape.

We use sheer duo tone iridescent Organza in colours that compliment the other components of the project.

Bullet Textured Fabric

Bullet fabric, also known as Liverpool fabric, is a knit fabric with a unique textured surface and a smooth underside. It’s typically made from a blend of polyester and spandex, providing a comfortable and stretchy feel. The textured side has a distinct “bullet” or waffle-like appearance, while the reverse is smooth and durable. This fabric is well-suited for various garments and accessories, including tops, dresses, skirts, and even headbands.
