Book Consultation
Step 1: Design
Consultation:
During your 30 minute Consultation, we will discuss your vision for the project.
We will select all aspects of the design as well as designing the coordinating pieces. This means selecting big details such as the fabric and colours as well as all the components, such as bodice skirt, sleeves collar, fit, length, etc.
Then the fine details and finishing touches, as well as all customization options will be discussed and all optional add-ons that are available
Design Agreement:
Finally, after all the details are decided, you will be presented with a mock up design, as well as a total price and estimated window for completion and delivery. The $50 consultation deposit will be applied towards the total which will not be
due until completion.
You will be provided with a confirmation agreement following the consultation, which must be returned along with the
models measurements in order to begin production of the project.
The Process
Step 2: Production
This is where the magic happens!
Pattern:
We start with having a custom pattern made to your measurements with professional pattern design software, which will be printed and arrive within 1-2 business days.
Garment Construction:
Once received begin the construction of the piece. This includes constructing the lining, structure, bodice and skirt or shirt elements, as well as sleeves, pockets and embellishments.
Customization:
Once construction is complete, all the magical customizations and finishing touches are added to make it truly special and one-of-a-kind!
You will be periodically updated with the progress and stages of your project if you wish.
Step 3: Delivery
Packaging:
Once the project is complete, we will pack your piece, using care and consideration to keep it safe during shipping
We will then put together a customized gift with bonuses chosen just for you and selected to coordinate with your creation and
complete the look!
Shipping:
The remaining balance will be due upon notification of the project being ready for shipment, and once confirmed it will be shipped immediately with a tracking number provided.
Shipping is included for all custom projects shipped domestically over $100. For international orders, shipping costs will be determined and factored into the total price.
Returning Client Privledges:
After purchasing your custom creation, your measurements will be used to create base patterns for our basic designs, and you’ll be considered a part of our client list.
As a returning client, you’ll be eligible to participate in Limited Edition Drops of extremely discounted designs as a thank you for your returning service and loyalty!
